Excellent Stay Near Gran Vía
quiet locationhelpful staffhard bed
I appreciated the hotel's quiet location near Gran Vía. The staff supported us with every question (always cheerful!). Luggage storage was also available after checkout, great to explore more.
The beds felt a bit hard, so I had some trouble falling asleep initially. Next time I'll ask if there are softer options available (maybe a pillow top?).

The hotel enjoys a location near gran via. It is convenient. i found the beds comfortable. They seemed quite firm. the staff were friendly and helpful. the new tile floors in the lobby added a touch of freshness.
the room was very small and a little disappointing? the internet was poor in the evenings. it kept stopping, frustrating
